I know almost for a fact that one of them will involve getting someone on Omegle/Chatroulette to do something.

For anyone with a Windows computer, download Magic Camera (it's free). Then, follow the instructions in this video to change the name of the "webcam" being used, because Magic Camera is normally blocked from use on Omegle and Chatroulette. Then, you can go here for some good gifs to use. A good idea would be to use either the hot girls or the little kids. I also recommend these two gifs of Justin Bieber, which are more useful than you would expect.
